Our medium width spatula was uniquely designed to fit your hand perfectly when scooping and rotating food. This spatula's handle has a slightly curved form to make serving easier. The spatula widens toward the right. The spatula tapers down in thickness to keep movement light and keeps your pan clean. A hole at the base of gives you the chance to keep your new favorite kitchen tool handy. Simply hang in your kitchen and display the woods natural beauty when you are not cooking.
Each item at The Workbench Kitchen is made by hand from start to finish using local woods. We use The Real Milk Company's Half & Half, a mixture of Tung Oil and Citrus to finish our products. The finish is all-natural, non-toxic and food safe. Unlike other wood utensils out there, we do not use any petroleum derivatives like mineral oil or waxes such as beeswax that could melt when cooking.
